I’m Luke Willis — a Leadership Coach with 18 years of experience developing leaders in one of the most demanding environments in the world: the British Army.

 

As a Warrant Officer Class 2, I’ve spent nearly two decades mentoring soldiers, training future leaders, and leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments. Leadership isn’t just a job to me — it’s a way of life.

Over the years, I’ve launched into many ventures, but none truly aligned with my purpose. Coaching does. Luke Willis Leadership was born from my passion to help people lead with more clarity, confidence, and authority — using real-world frameworks and practical guidance that deliver results.
